Don’t love Firebird Shots? Firebird Shots stands behind our product and will do our best to make it right. If you’re dissatisfied with Firebird Shots, we’ll refund the amount paid for your most recent order, limited to one 12-pack.

To request a refund, please email charlie@firebirdshots.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the email requesting a refund, please include the following:

• Your full name
• Email address used to place order
• One-time or subscription order
• Order number
• Reason for the refund request
